Frank Bello

As IT Director at Parent Cooperative Community, Frank brings over 20 years of Technology experience to the role - having built and managed technology systems for organizations as varied as Caesars Entertainment, the Sacramento Kings, and SolV Insurance. At PCC, he oversees the full technology infrastructure, working hands-on to design and automate workflows, manage Microsoft 365 environments, and maintain the compliance-sensitive communications systems that keep the organization running. But what sets Frank's approach apart is his belief that great IT isn't just about keeping systems up - it's about ensuring every interaction with technology feels human, approachable, and supportive. That philosophy shapes how he builds systems and how he coaches his team.

Outside of work, Frank can usually be found chasing the night sky with his camera, carving up a mountain on his snowboard, or exploring somewhere new with his wife and son. He's an avid camper and traveler who believes the best adventures happen off the beaten path. At home, he shares his space with what he'll confidently tell you is the world's cutest Boston Terrier and Augustus McCray - a large, opinionated, and very fluffy cat who considers himself the most important presence in any room he enters.
