Wraparound Clinician
PCC is hiring a Wraparound Clinician to provide clinical oversight and therapeutic support to children, youth, and families participating in High-Fidelity Wraparound. You’ll partner with families, Child and Family Teams, and community providers to build individualized plans that reflect each family’s strengths and goals.
Location: Sacramento / West Sacramento service area, with travel to assigned service areas
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $75,000 per year

Family Specialist
Location: El Dorado Hills / Sacramento County (field-based, with frequent local travel)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $70,500 per year
PCC is hiring a Family Specialist, an advanced direct-service role within our Wraparound Program. You’ll work alongside children, youth, and caregivers, including families with complex or higher-acuity needs, using trauma-informed, attachment-focused practice to strengthen relationships and build lasting supports.
Key highlights
4+ years of experience with children, youth, and families; strong knowledge of Wraparound and direct Wraparound experience strongly preferred
Caregiver coaching, crisis prevention, and de-escalation
Natural supports and school and community connections
Partnership with the Child and Family Team and the Wraparound Clinician
Monday–Friday typical, with occasional late afternoon, evening, or weekend availability based on family needs
Associate degree or higher in Psychology, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field preferred; equivalent lived or professional experience considered
